CONSULTATIONS
If you would like to book more than 1 treatment, please call to book.
If you decide not to proceed with a treatment, you consultation fee will be held on file which can be redeemed against any future treatment. The consultation fee is non-refundable.
Please get in touch if you have any specific disability or language requirements. The clinic has a Hearing Induction Loop for hard of hearing.
Availability – Calendar availability shows up to 2-3 months in advance. For dates past this period please revisit the booking system or call at a later date.
Choice of Doctor – If no times are showing directly under the doctor’s name, this means the doctor has no availability. Prices vary depending on a director or associate.
Parking – Free complimentary parking is only provided for the length of your treatment and 15 minutes prior.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING

Deposits
- To secure an appointment either by phone, online or in the Clinic a deposit will be required. This is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
- The deposit will be TRANSFERABLE if at least 48 hours’ notice is given in writing to cancel or reschedule the appointment to info@secretaesthetics.co.uk
- Any cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being FOREFITTED and a new deposit will be required for any future appointments.
- Any cancellations or reschedules with more than 48 hours’ notice the deposit will remain on file to use against any future treatments within 6 months of payment being made.
- Any appointment booked within 48 hours the deposit will automatically be NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
- Deposits may be used against any treatment purchased at Secret Aesthetics with any practitioner and are held on file for 6 months from when payment is made after which a new deposit is required.
- Deposits for Consultations will only be redeemable against treatment; any future Consultations will require a new deposit.
- The amount required for the deposit is at the discretion of the Clinic and has multiple variables including but not limited to; the practitioner booked, treatment type and length of appointment time required.
Appointments
- You will be informed of any preparation required prior to your treatment, if you do not follow the guidelines provided this may result in the appointment being cancelled or additional fees being charged.
- Laser Hair Removal requires the area to be shaved 24 hours prior to treatment and to be free of hair
- Secret Aesthetics make every effort to ensure that appointments run on time. However, should we need to cancel your appointment at short notice we will aim to contact you in advance and rebook your appointment at the earliest convenience.
Cancellation Policy
- Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours’ notice.
- Any cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being FOREFITTED and a new deposit will be required for any future appointments.
- Any cancellations or reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice the deposit will remain on file to use against any future appointments within 6 months of payment being made.
- Any cancellation or reschedule of a prepaid package within 48 hours will result in a surcharge based on the length of time/type of treatment/ practitioner booked prior to rescheduling or rebooking your next appointment.
Pricing and Payments
- Secret Aesthetics reserve the right to vary Consultation and Treatment prices and this may vary depending on if it is being performed by a Director, Associate or Therapist. Please refer to the pricing on the Website and in the Clinic.
- Where a client has been given a quote this price will be honoured for 3 months. This is not applicable to limited time offers or ads.
- Payments can be via Card or Cash. We also offer 0% finance for 6 months on treatments above £1400, please speak to your Doctor or Therapist for more details or contact the clinic on info@secretaesthetics.co.uk.
Offers and Discounts
- Loyalty Scheme: 5% off for returning Clients within 6 months*
- 10% off for referrals*
- Loyalty Club Points: Collect reward points with the Harvey Nichols Rewards App (points can be redeemed against treatments)
- £80 off any additional Dermal Filler* after the first syringe in the same session (£40 off any 1ml lip filler in the same session, excluding 0.5ml lip fillers and packages)
*Cost of treatment is over £300. Excludes packages, Ablative laser resurfacing and Endolift *10% for referral discount or 5% for returning customer discount applicable to single highest prices item only (excluded packages, Ablative laser resurfacing or Endolift). Only one referral discount can be used per booking. Referral discount only applicable to the person making the referral once the referred has had a treatment. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Only one discount applicable per appointment.
Courses of Treatment
- All treatments purchased as a package require payment in full before the 1st treatment.
- All treatments from a course must be taken within 18 months of the date of purchase, any treatments left unused will be automatically redeemed and a new package will be required.
- All packages are non-refundable. In certain instances, the value of the package may be held on file to transfer to another treatment option at the discretion of the Clinic.
Suitability
- Our Doctors and Therapists will assess if you are suitable for treatment prior to any treatment being performed
- It is the Client’s responsibility to provide Secret Aesthetics with a complete Medical History, Drug and Allergy History prior to each treatment
- We do not treat any patient under 21 for injectables and under 18 for skin treatments. Exceptions can be made with prior written approval and a parent/guardian’s written consent and presence
Liability
- Clients are required to read, understand and sign the relevant Consent Form prior to treatment
- The client agrees to adhere to all recommendations and guidelines provided by Secret Aesthetics in regards to the treatment being provided.
Your right to complain
- Any concerns or complaints regarding the clinical services provided are taken very seriously and are dealt with promptly, we take them as an opportunity to learn, adapt, and improve to provide better services.
- You are entitled to raise a complaint in person, by telephone or in writing. The staff member who initially receives your complaint will relay it to the Clinic Manager
- If the complaint cannot be resolved immediately you will receive an acknowledgment letter within 2 days to confirm that an investigation is underway and a response will be sent as soon as possible
- We aim to find a resolution that meets your satisfaction within 28 day
