Please note we are located within Harvey Nichols on Level 2 within the Mailbox on the same floor as the Medicine Bakery
Private entrance concierge lift leading directly into Harvey Nichols is located on Level 1 of the car park

CONSULTATIONS
All other treatments include a consultation within the appointment and the option to proceed with the treatment on the same day.
If you would still only like a consultation for any treatments despite the above, or would like to book more than 1 treatment, please call to book.
If you decide not to proceed with a treatment on the same day, or if you are not deemed eligible for the treatment, your deposit will be used as the consultation fee.
Availability -Dates and times are released at the end of the month showing up to 2 months in advance. For dates past 2 months please revisit the booking system or call at a later date.
Choice of Doctor -If no times are showing directly under the doctor’s name, this means the doctor has no availability. Times under any doctors name only apply to that doctor. Alternatively book by phone call.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING
*PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING
1. A deposit is required on booking. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice you will lose your deposit. Although we appreciate that unexpected circumstances can arise, this is to keep things as fair as possible for other clients and out of respect for our doctors’ and clinic’s time. If you wish to reschedule or cancel within the time limit, please get in touch by phone call or email.
2. Any bookings made with less than 48 hours of your appointment cannot have their deposits refunded.
3. Any cancellations of a review in less than 48 hours will require a non-refundable £50 charge prior to the next review.
4. Please check the price of your chosen practitioner: Directors (Dr Naqvi, Dr Zoya), Associates (All other doctors), and Skin Therapists before selecting the clinician.
5. Please be sure to provide a correct email address and mobile number so that we can send you a confirmation email, reminder, and vital information regarding your treatment.
6. You must read the Booking Information link received via your confirmation email, and complete the Medical Questionnaire prior to attending, as not doing so may impact the amount of time you have for the treatment.
7. Please note CCTV is present in all rooms for the safety of our clients and practitioners.
