Private entrance concierge lift leading directly into Harvey Nichols is located on Level 1 of the car park

CONSULTATIONS
If you would like to book more than 1 treatment, please call to book.
If you decide not to proceed with a treatment, you consultation fee will be held on file which can be redeemed against any future treatment. The consultation fee is non-refundable.
Please get in touch if you have any specific disability or language requirements. The clinic has a Hearing Induction Loop for hard of hearing.
Availability -Calendar availability shows up to 2-3 months in advance. For dates past this period please revisit the booking system or call at a later date.
Choice of Doctor -If no times are showing directly under the doctor’s name, this means the doctor has no availability. Prices vary depending on a director or associate.
Parking – Free complimentary parking is only provided for the length of your treatment and 15 minutes prior.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING
*PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING
1. A non-refundable deposit is required on booking. If you wish to cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours notice, your deposit can be transfered or held on file for any future consultation or treatment, without an expiry date. Please get in touch by phone call or email.
2. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice you will lose your deposit and it will not be transferable. Although we appreciate that unexpected circumstances can arise, this is to keep things as fair as possible for other clients and out of respect for our doctors, therapists and clinic’s time.
3. Any bookings made with less than 48 hours of your appointment cannot have their deposits refunded nor transferred if cancelled.
4. Any cancellations of a free review in less than 48 hours will require a non-refundable £50 charge prior to the next review.
5. Please check the price of your chosen practitioner: Directors (Dr Naqvi, Dr Zoya), Associates (All other doctors), and Advanced Practitioner before selecting the clinician.
6. Please be sure to provide a correct email address and mobile number so that we can send you a confirmation email, reminder, and vital information regarding your treatment.
7. You must complete the Medical Questionnaire prior to attending, as not doing so may impact the amount of time you have for the treatment.
8. Please note CCTV is present in all rooms for the safety of our clients and practitioners.
