Offers, Promotions & Discounts

We kindly request that patients do not attempt to negotiate discounts with doctors, therapists, or any clinical staff. All offers and discounts are at the discretion of the clinic and may change at any time.

• All offers carry strict terms and conditions and may only be used towards treatments priced at £300 or above.
• Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or transferred to alternative services.
• Only one discount is applicable per appointment.
• Patients should confirm the treatment price and any applicable offers or discounts with clinic staff before proceeding. By consenting to treatment, patients acknowledge acceptance of the price in accordance with the clinic’s published price list, before any advertised promotions are applied.
  
  

Current Offers:

• 5% off for returning clients – only applicable to those having a single therapist treatment and returning within 6 months of a previous treatment.
• 5% off any single therapist treatment on your birthday.
• Loyalty Club Points – collect reward points with the Harvey Nichols Rewards App (points can be redeemed against treatments).
• £80 off any additional Dermal Filler after the first syringe in the same session (£40 off any 1ml lip filler in the same session, excluding 0.5ml lip fillers and packages).
• Limited time: up to 25% off Endolift and 10% off Vitamin Drips.
• Complimentary VISIA skin analysis included in Therapist Consultation.

Refer a Friend Programme:

1. 5% off when you refer a friend to Secret Aesthetics.
2. The referrer must be an existing patient of Secret Aesthetics, and the referee must be a new patient to be eligible.
3. The referrer qualifies for the 5% offer once the referee has attended their first treatment appointment.
4. The referee 5% discount applies to first-time treatments only, minimum spend £300.
5. If more than one treatment is booked, the discount will be applied to the highest-priced item.
6. The referee must provide the referrer’s name at the time of booking or prior to the consultation for the discount to be applied.
7. The referrer must claim their discount within 6 months of the referee attending treatment. Minimum spend £300.
8. Treatments are subject to consultation and confirmed medical suitability.
9. Offers do not apply to consultation/follow-up fees or products.
10. Excludes packages, ablative laser resurfacing, blood testing, and Endolift.
11. Secret Aesthetics may suspend, terminate, or change the terms and requirements of the Refer a Friend Programme at any time and for any reason.
12. If any provision of these terms is invalid, unenforceable, or non-binding, all other provisions remain in effect, and participants agree to accept a similar effect as the invalid provision, in line with the intent and purpose of these terms.
