Harvey Nichols Joins Forces With Birmingham’s Leading Non-Surgical Aesthetic Clinic

Secret Aesthetics recently won the Global Health Pharma award for ‘Leading Luxury Aesthetic Clinic in Birmingham’ but much more has happened recently. As well as this, they have merged with leading luxury retailer, Harvey Nichols, as part of an exclusive partnership in their Birmingham store. Dr Zoya and Dr Naqvi first opened their clinic doors seven years ago, currently situated on Harborne Road, the Harley Street of Birmingham, in the centre of the Medical Quarter.

Since then, Secret Aesthetics has gained a reputation for providing excellent and safe treatments within the industry. Their new joint venture with the Harvey Nichols Group means that their aesthetic clinic will now exclusively operate in Harvey Nichols, located within the prestigious Mailbox, in the heart of Birmingham’s city centre. The clinic has won multiple awards and has been dubbed ‘The Best For Injectables’ in the Midlands by The Sunday Times.

An Aesthetic Clinic In Stunning Surroundings.

In keeping with their extensive treatment portfolio, the team carry out their procedures in truly luxurious surroundings. At the clinic, each member of staff helps to create a warm and inviting atmosphere to put even the most nervous clients at ease. The Secret Aesthetics team wants everyone who walks through their doors to enjoy their experience and they do everything they can to facilitate this.

Some clients may want to make their visit to this aesthetic clinic discreet, which is why it will occupy a private floor. Additional privacy facilities for those requiring the ultimate discretion can also be arranged upon request. Please let the team know if you would prefer to attend your appointment with discretion. When you visit, you will also benefit from complimentary private parking at the Mailbox.

Why Are Non-Surgical Aesthetics So Popular?

Not so long ago, if you wanted to enhance your face or body, plastic surgery would have been the most obvious choice. Naturally, there are downsides to plastic surgery, one of which is that it requires a lot of downtime while your body recovers. In 2022, injectables in an aesthetic clinic are a much more viable alternative to going under the knife.

Dermal fillers are a versatile treatment option that can be used to target a range of concerns. They are made up of a soft, injectable gel, which mainly consists of hyaluronic acid. This is different to hyaluronic acid based skin boosters such as Profhilo. This treatment works by boosting the skin’s supply of hyaluronic acid to revitalise and add volume to the skin. Fillers instantly diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, but they can also be used to gently shape facial features to deliver subtle and natural-looking results.

Dr Naqvi has developed novel techniques at his aesthetic clinic using dermal fillers, including 3-in-1 Eye Rejuvenation, a modification of the traditional tear trough filler. This along with other options such as PRP for dark circles, Light Eyes Ultra for dark circles, puffiness and fine lines around the eyes and Mesotherapy are some of the eye-specific treatments available at Secret Aesthetics medispa. Dr Naqvi is a UK Faculty Board Member for Galderma. Dr Naqvi is recognised for developing his own techniques for various injectable procedures and treatments for the face, chin, jaw and hands using dermal fillers. While these type of treatments address several concerns, another popular injectable the clinic offers is Botox®.

Botox® treatments use a protein called botulinum toxin, which is injected into the skin and works by temporarily blocking nerve signals and muscle contractions. This improves the appearance of wrinkles, resulting in smoother-looking skin. It’s particularly effective in the treatment of forehead lines, crow’s feet and under-eye wrinkles, as well as for attaining an eyebrow lift.

Alongside this, Secret Aesthetics are proud to be the first and only Endolift centre currently in Birmingham and the Midlands. Endolift® has been dubbed ‘the future of facelifts’ offering revolutionary, permanent fat-melting and skin tightening without any surgical intervention, with results after just one session!

Dermal fillers and Botox® are just two of the methods this leading clinic uses to treat a range of aesthetic concerns. With a cosmetic dermatology department commencing, Secret Aesthetics are set to expand their portfolio to include medical grade Obagi skincare, mesotherapy, dermapen microneedling and VI chemical peels amongst other bespoke packages.
